- Are you certified?Yes. All Tredsafe equipment is certified to NZS5828:2004. Refer to certification for more information.
- Can your equipment be left outside?Yes. All Tredsafe equipment is treated and designed to stay outdoors, with the exception of the planks. The equipment can be secured with Tredsafe security wires and padlocks.
- Are your Play Cubes treated?Yes. Our Play Cubes are treated with approved timber preservative products.
- What warranty do you offer?3 years. Refer to important information for further details.
Ordering
- What are the freight costs?Freight is dependent on location and the space the order would occupy on the truck. Please contact Tredsafe for a specific quote.
- How long between placement of order and receipt of goods?Approximately 2-3 weeks for North Island centres and 3-5 weeks for South Island centres.
- Do you sell to the public?No. Our equipment is certified for use in supervised early childhood facilities only.
